Throughout my years of experience I have found that it is important to have a healthy and conditioned body in order to go about daily jobs, hobbies and activities. These exercises are specifically designed for the older generation and do not involve any specialist equipment and all can be performed within the comforts of your own home.
These exercises are safe enough for anyone to carry out, providing you do not have any specific medical conditions or injuries. This is not an exercise class, more an individual exercise session that you can perform between one and three exercises at any one time. You can then rest and move on to the next two to three exercises. Once you are used to the exercises, you can perform them as a circuit and rest when necessary, this can then be repeated as many times as you require. An example, is to complete one circuit and repeat your favourite exercises as a second circuit.
